We offer all customers our remote support service.

Remote support allows an Infinity technician to take control of your PC in order to perform software service/repairs.

This service is billed in half hour blocks: $44/half hour inc. GST

Please note: Please call the store you want service from before connecting, the technician will ask you for a credit card number first.

Please click on the link below, download & run the file ('support.exe') and then DOUBLE CLICK on the store you want to get support from.

Note: This file does not install any software onto your PC, it will only be active when you connect and then you can delete the file if you wish or save it for support in the future.
